The Grant County Regional Dispatch Authority is hiring Public Safety Dispatchers.
Join an amazing team of dispatchers and serve your community by becoming the vital link between citizens in distress and the law enforcement officers, firefighters, and first responders in Grant County.
Public Safety Dispatchers assist the public by answering emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching law enforcement, fire personnel, and EMS while helping to save lives one call at a time.
Starting pay is $15.15 hourly with pay increases after certifications.

100% paid insurance (medical, dental and vision)
Vacation, sick and holiday pay (to include 12hrs of personal leave)
1.5% yearly COLA increase after 2yrs of employment
PERA retirement (75% paid by employer)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in use of computer terminal and/or multi-line telephone systems
Must possess a valid NM Drivers License
Must be able to pass a background check (with no felonies)
Must be able to work shift work
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a hearing and alcohol/drug test
