b. *Resolution 20 – 08 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to certify the Board Chair's new member committee appointments, per SAWDB Bylaws
c. *Resolution 20 – 09 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to ratify the Executive Committee’s resolution to authorize an exemption to the ITA Policy 17 – 08.5 allowing a prorated ITA contract for a participant
d. *Resolution 20 – 10 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board Budget Adjustment
e. *Resolution 20 – 11 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve an amendment to contract PY20-WIOA-02 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, now Equus, for Adult & Dislocated Workers services, and authorizes the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement
f. *Resolution 20 – 12 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board Bylaws Amendment
g. *Resolution 20 – 13 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve a modification to contract 19-004-PY18, Modification No: 004-PY18 Youth 063021 for WIOA Youth funding in the amount of $57,221 from the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions that expire on June 30, 2021, and authorizes the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement
h. *Resolution 20 – 14 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board Budget Adjustment
i. *Resolution 20 – 15 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve an amendment to contract PY20-WIOA-04 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, now Equus, for One-Stop Operator services, and authorizes the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement
j. *Resolution 20 – 16 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Local Four-Year Plan
k. *Resolution 20 – 17 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to with the authorizes the subscription to Chmura's JobsEQ online software using the Mid-Region Council of Governments’ or Eastern Area Workforce Development Board’s procurements, as authorized under the NM State Procurement Code
l. *Resolution 20 – 18 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board Budget Adjustment
m. *Resolution 20 – 19 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve an amendment to contract PY20-WIOA-02 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, now Equus, for Adult & Dislocated Workers services, and authorizes the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement
n. *Resolution 20 – 20 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to authorize the subscription to job fair/hiring event software, not to exceed $50,000.00, and authorizes the Executive Committee to approve the award
o. *Resolution 20 – 21 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve an amendment to contract PY20-WIOA-04 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, now Equus, for One-Stop Operator services, and authorizes thechair or vice-chair to sign the agreement

a. Resolution 20 – 22 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve a Letter of Commitment to Doña Ana Community College for their submission of a U.S. Department of Labor grant application and authorizes the board chair or vice-chair to sign the letter
b. Resolution 20 – 23 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve a Letter of Commitment for U.S. Department of Labor Healthcare funding opportunity with Centers for Health Innovation
c. Resolution 20 – 24 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve a Letter of Commitment for U.S. Department of Labor H1-B funding opportunity with Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico
