LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Competitive sealed proposals for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act One-Stop Operator Services are being solicited by the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board. The selected offeror will be responsible for the provision of developing and implementing the WIOA One-Stop Operator Services in a seven-county area of Southwest New Mexico. A copy of the Request for Proposals and instructions for submittal may be obtained online at www.employnm.com beginning May 5, 2020. Submittal Deadline: Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm (MDT) on June 5, 2020 in accordance with the instructions provided in the Request for Proposals.
