c) Resolution 20 – 29 ratifies the Executive Committee’s resolution authorizing an exemption to Section W of the ITA Policy 17-08.5 to pay for ITA contracts on a prorated basis for contracts signed after the start of classes through May 31, 2021
d) Resolution 20 – 30 ratifies the Executive Committee’s resolution approving an amendment to a lease agreement with Loretto Associates L.P. for workforce office space at 505 S. Main St., Suite 134 in Las Cruces, NM
e) Resolution 20 – 31 approved the Policy Committee’s recommendation to amend the Customized Training Policy No. 19 - 01
f) Resolution 20 – 32 amends the PY20 Board Meeting Schedule to meet on the first Friday of every other month beginning April 2, 2021
