New Mexico Workforce Connection is partnering with Outreach Program Services of America to host a Federal Tablet Campaign.
Join us on Friday, May 5, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Health and Wellness Community Complex located at 100 E. North Boundary in Columbus, NM.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal Communication Commission (FCC) benefit program that helps ensure households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be eligible for low-income benefits such as SNAP, Housing Vouchers, Medicaid, SSI, School Lunch, Veterans Pensions
Must present State ID or other legal identification
Must have valid physical address
PROGRAM BENEFITS
$30 toward your monthly internet service
$100 one-time assistance for the cost of the tablet
One-time co-payment of $11 for activation into the T-Mobile nationwide network
